Although all our shipments on Pre-paid orders will come free of cost at your doorstep, but since the shipment cost that we pay on COD is very expensive, We shall be charging 99/- for orders below 499/- for COD.
Trust us! This is very less than what we are paying to Courier companies.

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from shopnineteen. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 24 hrs. You can get in touch with our Customer Care.
Firstly, this is a rare occurrence. But in case it happens, you'll receive an email which would confirm if your payment has been done. We ensure that the refund process will start within 4 hours however it might take a week for the amount to get credited in your account depending on the time taken by the bank. Oh Yess!! Definitely… We offer 15 days "No Questions Asked Returns/Replacement Policy" for our Lovely customers. That means you can return the product even if you don't even like the color, design, fit, quality, ANY other reason on Earth. These 15 days are calculated from the day when you received your products.
Just do the following for a QUICK solution:
1. Immediately send an email at seek@shopnineteen.com with your order number and Product SKU code with a small line explaining why are you returning it. You can even call up our customer care at 1800 10 22219 (Toll Free) from Mon to Sat 11am to 5pm to do the same.
2. Make sure you mention that you want to RETURN or REPLACE the product. In case you want a Replacement, it will be wonderful to know what product/size you want this product to be replaced with.
3. When your return is booked by our customer care dept., you will be duly informed. The pick up guy will come within 3-6 business days to pick your stuff. Make sure on below:
1. The products are UNUSED and with original price tag intact.
2. Pack the product in original nineteen box and cover it in the original plastic bag or some other strong plastic bag available at home.
3. Stick the Return Label you have got in this packet on the outer side of the plastic bag.
4. Don't forget to mention the order Id on the return label.
5. Now just hand over this box to the pick up guy. THAT'S IT!!! :)

1. If you have paid by your card or net banking, money can be transferred back to the same account. Depending on your bank, you will receive you money back in 3-10 working day from the day we initiate. This completely depends on the Bank you are using.
2. If you have paid Cash on Delivery, you can either get money back in the form of a cheque or you can get money transferred back to ANY of your back accounts through electronic transfer. Cheque will only take delivery time to your home. Electronic transfer can take 2-5 working days, again depending upon your bank.
3. Another wonderful option (that most customers use) that we give is Store Credits. This is in the form of a Coupon Code of the same value which you can use in your next purchase. This is hassle free solution and you will get this in your inbox in max 2-3 working days.
